Delivery and Returns

Delivery Options:

At ANJOY KIDS, we are dedicated to delivering your orders swiftly and securely using Royal Mail. Our delivery options within the UK include:

Free delivery: for orders over £50.

UK Tracked delivery: for parcels up to 2 kg £3.45 (1-2 days delivery)

Delivery Details:
• We process and dispatch orders on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
• Orders placed by 13 pm GMT are shipped the same day; orders placed after this time are shipped the next business day.
• Each order is provided with a tracking number once it is dispatched.

• You will receive an emails confirmation once your order has been processed, and delivery will then take 48 hours.

Returns Policy:
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from ANJOY KIDS. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns policy is as follows:

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return your items.
• Return Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
• Non-returnable Items: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as underwear and swimwear are not eligible for return.

How to Return:
1. Contact Us: Begin your return by contacting our customer service at contact@anjoykids.com.
2. Prepare Your Return: Securely package the items in the original packaging, including any accessories and documentation.
3. Send It Back: Return the package via Royal Mail. Please note, unless the return is due to our error, you will be responsible for the return postage costs.

Refunds:
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
• We will refund the cost of the items but not the original postage charge, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
